The Sunday schedule is changed:

Four races are planned on Sunday.

Sailors’ Dinner on Saturday evening starts at 18.00.

Welcome to 505 Nordic Championship and Swedish Class Championship 2012.The sailing area is located just outside Grötvik, 7 km west of central Halmstad on the Swedish west coast.

The Swedish Championship was held in Grötvik 30 years ago. Now it’s time again!

Preliminary program

Friday September 7 (afternoon/evening)

• Arrival, registration in Grötvik.
• Fix your boats, socialize, have something to eat (food will be available in the club house at 18.00).

Saturday September 8

• Registration
• Skippers meeting 9.00
• Races, first start 11.00
• Lunch packs will be available for pickup in the morning before going to sea.
• Sailors’ Dinner at Tylebäck, 5 km NW from Grötvik.

Sunday September 9

• Races
• Prize Ceremony

Logistics

There are three launch ramps in Grötvik harbour, all are accessible by car.

Map of Grötvik – the marker shows the gravel parking where it’s suitable to unload boats.

There’s lots of parking space on the other side of the of the channel.

Accommodation

Make your reservation for accommodation as soon as possible.

At Tylebäck there are 10 small camping cottages with 4 beds and kitchenette in each, called ”Laganstugorna”. The price is about 1100-1300 SEK per four bed cottage and night. Price may be lower if all cottages are booked by 505 sailors.
